Payment and Cancellation Policy

After submitting your registration, you will be automatically put on a waiting list. Once we process and accept your registration we will notify you via email.

In case we accept your registration you will have to pay within 14 days from receiving the email. If we do not receive your payment in 14 days, your registration will be cancelled automatically. If we receive your payment in time, your registration will be confirmed, and you will get a confirmation email. After your spot has been confirmed, you can no longer add a partner. N.B. You should cover any transaction costs that may arise.

From that point, the following rules apply in any case of cancellation (a cancelled flight, an injury, an illness, a sudden working weekend or anything else):

Generally you can cancel any time. You can express your wish through the contact form on the webpage.

If you cancel your participation we subtract a part of your payment. The exact sum is listed under the camp prices.

If you cancel we might have to cancel your partner’s registration as well to keep the lead-follow balance. For them we apply the same cancellation policy.

To avoid having problems with this we recommend you get an insurance that would cover your expenses in those situations

General Agreement

The BWB Team accepts no responsibility for any injuries that might happen during that event.

To lower the chances for something like this happening, we kindly request you to respect hostel’s house rules, and general good manners.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in case of major disobedience to those rules that would endanger you or any other participant.

The BWB Team reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the program or the whole event in case of a force majeure or insufficient number of participants. In this case the BWB Team will refund any deposits already made to the BWB account. We will not, however, cover any of your other expenses (travel arrangements, accommodation etc.)
